We are open Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm every day and on Saturday’s 10am – 2pm.

This facility has all the latest technology, incredible amounts of space, and a very impressive stock of parts, components etc. to reduce repair downtimes to absolute minimum timeframes.
All repairs we undertake are done only by us. No outsourced work here!

The common repair devices we undertake include – PCs, Laptops, Games Consoles, Apple Products, Tablets, all regardless of make, model, condition, age or specification.
Customers are welcome to use our second car park space allocated to us. To find and use our park, please use the following directions.
Head towards Argos / Ritz Wetherspoons located on corner on Firth Road Respectively. Turn into this road (Firth Road) and go half way down the road. When you see the back of Wetherspoons, you will see Ambitions Personnel, and JELF insurance.
Turn between the bollards separating these two companies. Then simply turn left and head all the way to the bottom. You can then park in front of our kitchen window at rear of property. The signs on walls will show the allocated car park spaces to us.
We will be only too happy to help unload / load your car with computer(s) and you’re more than welcome to use our back entrance too!
All repairs are booked into our state of the art CRM system. This system will hold your details securely (to comply fully with GPDR), but will also send automated texts at every stage of the repair. I.e. Booking in confirmation, repair diagnoses, repair complete and a follow up text how you doing 60 days after repair!

We give every repair a completely FREE inspection to determine fault(s). We then once know the costs, timeframes, will give you a call and automated text to confirm repair diagnoses. Only when you say YES, do we continue the repair to complete on time or sooner than the quoted timeframe.
