Call out Services (Home Users)

It’s no problem, if you are unable to make it to us. We are more than happy to come to you!


The furthest we have ever gone on a call out, is to the Isle of Wight!


To take advantage of our in home call out service, simply call or email us during opening hours, and give us as much information as possible.


For example where you are, how to get to you (if a remote or hard to find address), and the fault(s) you have.


Once we have this, we will work out a time and date that is suitable for both parties. Call out costs will also be discussed and agreed in advance for what we believe the repair will undertake.


We will then dispatch you the allocated engineer on the agreed time and date.


Repairs should be completed in the estimated time, and payment will then be requested before we leave. Payments can only be via cash or Credit / Debit card.


Sadly no cheques anymore!


Receipts will always be given before we leave, all work we undertaken onsite are just like they are at shop, backed up by guarantee, after service is our pleasure!


It’s worth mentioning that sadly some repairs cannot be done on call outs, due to their nature. Some jobs are not covered by our insurance in addition, so please ensure to avoid disappointment, that as said above, you state all your requirements fully!
